Villa de Leaf is a riverside resort located in the heart of Kaeng Krachan, offering some of the most stunning river views I have ever seen. The river, bordered by lush greenery, naturally flows alongside a nearby hill, and the resort provides various seating areas for guests to fully enjoy the scenery. We stayed in the contemporary family room, which is spacious and comfortably accommodates four adults. The beds are very comfortable. However, there is room for improvement, as the room lacks a proper seating area, such as a sofa. The bathroom is roomy, featuring a large bathtub and an outdoor jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the toilet placement leans too far to the left side of the room, which may be inconvenient for larger adults like myself. It’s also worth noting that the resort is located within a lush forest, so insects and their predators may occasionally enter your room. They’re harmless, but it’s good to be prepared. The food, especially the dinner, is a highlight of the hotel—delicious and reasonably priced. There’s also an outdoor pool, though I didn’t have the chance to use it due to the rain. The owners and staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, always greeting you with a smile and going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a wonderful experience at Villa de Leaf. I highly recommend this place for those seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature.

Really love this place, the view is breathtaking and all staffs are so helpful especially the reception cat 🐱 (his name is Sa-Ngeam) he so gentle and human friendly 😄 I will definitely be there again for sure.

If you visit Kaeng Krachan you must stay in Baan Maka Lodge. We were here 4 nights and were happy we booked 4 and not 3. There are so many birds to see (you do need a guide). Not only at the lodge or the park but also in birdhides. Room is simple but clean and no insects in the room. Outside there are so many different insects, reptiles, birds etc to see. Really cool. The food was very good and staff friendly. In future we come back again.

A lovely retreat from the city madness, the complex was clean and staff were lovely! Personally I didn’t like the food however it was all presented well and others in the group enjoyed their meals. Overall I’d definitely stay again if I was doing a similar trip down to Chumpon, not sure I’d go out the way if I wasn’t close by.

It is an impressive resort. The surrounding atmosphere is shady and the rooms are private. The bathroom is big and soaking in the tub is very relaxing. If you go down to eat at Ban Phi Suea, you will see the river. The view is beautiful. Things that could be made better are: 1. If there is a power outage, you must call to report it. But I fixed it quickly. 2. The restaurant is far away. Therefore, when calling to order food and reserve seats The staff should help inform customers about seats. And should inform the customer that they can have a car pick them up as well because it's a long walk, but we had to ask the staff so they answered. But overall impressive and will go back to stay again
