We had a great time.
The relaxation area with the swimming pool and sauna is a real plus.
Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice.

The hotel deserves 2 stars.
There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the corridors on all floors as well as inside the room. We were accommodated in the second building, which is located across the street from the main one.
During the stay we used the hotel wellness area. The area is extremely small and is lacking basic convenience like a change room - for guests, who stay in the second building there is no possibility to change clothes (we were asked to leave clothes on the sunbeds next to the pool) and no fan (this is very important, especially in winter after the sauna, the body is hot, but it was cold outside and one has to go down the street to your room with no bathrobe provided by hotel). The swimming pool and the Jacuzzi were both dirty and unpleasant smell could be felt in all parts of the wellness area.
In addition, the refrigerator in the room did not work and is not being connected to electricity by default with the explanation "due to energy saving"
I do not recommend this hotel.

Di ritorno da un viaggio in Alsazia, come ultima tappa abbiamo scelto questo hotel. Personale poco attento al cliente, soprattutto se straniero, servizi e camere dell’hotel non in linea con la categoria d’appartenenza. Poca trasparenza sui servizi inclusi nel costo della camera in fase di prenotazione, in quanto ci hanno chiesto 5€ a testa per l’affitto di ciabattine e accappatoio che risultavano già inclusi in fase di prenotazione. La spa piccola, con la piscina interna fredda e troppo affollata, soprattutto per la presenza di bambini che continuavano a tuffarsi e a emettere schiamazzi. Altra nota dolente, la camera: poco insonorizzata dalle camere adiacenti, non raggiungibile al piano con l’ascensore ma solo tramite una ripida e stretta scalinata nell’ultimo tratto. Il buffet della colazione un po’ sacrificato nello spazio e non in linea con il costo richiesto. Alla sera può risultare difficoltoso trovare parcheggio.

Wir haben hier einen Kurzurlaub gebucht. Das Hotel bietet alles was man sich vorstellt. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer passend, das Essen fein. Haben bei unserem Aufenthalt nichts vermisst. Besonders zu erwähnen, die bequemen Kissen und das gute Internet.

Es ist sehr schade, diese Bewertung zu scheiben. Wir hatten vorab reserviert in Erwartung eines schönen Abends und wurden leider enttäuscht. Die Bedienung wwar sehr freundlich und hat uns auf Deutsch beraten. Wir hatten das Menu zu 39 € gewählt: Die Schnecken als Vorspeise waren OK, aber da kann man auch nicht viel falsch machen. Hauptgericht waren in Whisky flambierte gebratene Streifen vom Landschwein. Diese wurden einfach so an den Tisch gebracht, ich erwarte bei einem flambierten Gericht, daß man die Flasche mit den Alkohol ( Whisky) zeigt und dann am Tisch flambiert und nicht in der Küche mit irgendwas. Nachspeise war eine Crème Brûlée, die schlechteste, die ich in 20 Jahren Frankreich gegessen habe ( ich habe nicht aufgegessen) . Die Creme muß locker sein und eigentlich kurz vor dem Servieren "gebrannt" werden. Diese schmeckte, ob sie schon einen ganzen Tag so in der Küche gestanden hat und hatte die Konsistenz von Beton kurz vor dem Hartwerden. Zusammengefasst müssen wir sagen, daß die Qualität der Speisen nicht dem Angebot und den Preisen entspricht. Möglicherweise sind wir auch zu anspruchsvoll, denn das Lokal war gut besucht. Ich möchte das Restaurant nicht empfehlen für anspruchsvolle Gäste.
