For a family of four, it's a bit troublesome to assemble the sofa bed by yourself. Overall, it's just so-so! Parking at the accommodation is free!

Good service, the only complaint is always the delay in returning the 100 dollars as a guarantee deposit because as the reservation is prepaid, it can take up to 30 days.

The imsystem was down on the night we arrived. Someone had to come out and open the parking gate for us every time we came in and out. We didn’t have cable or internet the first night. We didn’t have key cards made until the following morning, so someone had to come with us and open the elevator and our room door.

My room was amazing!!! But the front desk was not friendly!! No “welcome” No “Enjoy your stay” No “Smile” nothing!!!

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the only problem was the toilet tissue was too far away from the toilet.

Morning front desk personnel not friendly at all!!! Evening and very kind and friendly. Cleaning staff very nice and friendly too.

The small coffee maker was not working in the room other than that everything it was great !!

Nice lobby, there's a Starbucks inside, but we didn't get anything from there, as we arrived late. Clean room, even if its a little dated, the carpeting in the room seemed much cleaner than comparable hotels. Staff are very nice. Sufficient and well-lit parking. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
