ASTON Hotels in Bali

The location is very strategic. However, based on our experience staying there for several days, the room service did not change the bed linen set at all — it was only tidied up. This happened even though we stayed for more than two nights. Additionally, when we borrowed dining utensils from the hotel, after we finished using them and left the room, we expected them to be cleaned and removed since they were already used. Unfortunately, they were neither cleaned nor taken out of the room. On the positive side, the security, receptionist, and even the engineering staff were very friendly and helpful. However, it is quite disappointing regarding the room cleanliness. The amenities that we used from the first day were not refilled until we checked out, even though we extended our stay and paid the full price as a new room booking. We honestly felt a bit disappointed, and on the last day we finally complained to the receptionist. It is unfortunate, as the amenities were only complete at the beginning. When extending the stay, they were not refilled, and slippers were also not provided.

Given a room on the ground floor next to the swimming pool. Unfortunately the room had a lot of mould and dampness. I do not recommend taking rooms on lower floors. However, the hotel was extremely kind and when I reported the problem they kindly offered me an upgrade to a room on a higher floor which I really appreciated. The staff is very kind and helps with difficult situations. The restaurant is unfortunately not very good, I would not recommend eating there. They do cocktails well.

This hotel offers really great value for money! It's super close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk, and there are tons of delicious Western restaurants and cafes nearby. The location is absolutely unbeatable! The hotel breakfast was fantastic! We stayed for several days, and the menu changed daily, so there was always a pleasant surprise each morning. We also tried the hotel's spa service. A therapist came to our room with all the equipment, and the price was reasonable. It was so convenient, especially after a long day when you just don't want to go out searching for a spa. The room itself was pretty standard but clean and tidy. Our first room was a bit noisy because it was too close to the street, but when we mentioned it to the hotel, they promptly moved us to another room.

trouble when first looking for the hotel because the name is on trip maxone but in the place it's bosslegian.very ok the room has a balcony,the rooftop is very nice.nice and recommended

I had a pleasant stay at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center and would happily recommend it to others visiting Denpasar. The hotel is centrally located, making it a great base for both business and leisure activities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a generous variety of both local and international dishes. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and meeting rooms, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. For the price, Aston Denpasar offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Bali.
