Good behavior staff

Breakfast was not included in the price and it does not seem they do restaurant at all. Quiet location, a bit aside from the main road but steep climb to get there. No real view unless you go on the rooftop for sunrise over the ocean.

Recently, I was lucky enough to experience a hotel called "GOVARDHAN BUNGALOW NUSA PENIDA", but here I would like to share some negative comments on the hotel. First of all, I would like to emphasize that the name of this hotel does not match the services it provides. In my opinion, the name "GOVARDHAN BUNGALOW NUSA PENIDA" gives people a high-end and formal feeling, but in fact, the service and environment of this hotel are far from it. However, what disappointed me most was the service attitude and refund policy of this hotel. We communicated with the staff in advance and said that we might cancel the order because they could understand that we had something to deal with temporarily. They agreed and said that if the order was canceled, the refund would be processed soon. However, when we tried to refund, the hotel refused our request and kept delaying the refund. I am very dissatisfied with this. First of all, the hotel staff did not clearly inform us of the specific details of the refund policy during communication, resulting in unnecessary troubles after canceling the order. Secondly, the hotel's irresponsible attitude in dealing with refunds not only affects our capital flow, but also damages their reputation. Really peaceful stay in these bungalows. Scooters were on short supply so the man on site rented me his one for a few days. Great service!

I stayed in Bali for 3 weeks. About 2 to 4 days I would move to a different location to explore Bali a bit. And this hotel was my favorite of all. I had a room where I can see the ocean fron my bed. There was a young guy that rented me a bike. He arranged a boat and a taxi for me to go to Gili island. He arrange for my laundry to be done. This kid was just amazing. The room was perfect and clean. The breakfast was good. There is a very nice swimming pool and and relaxing chairs. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

This hotel has a lot of spacious public spaces. When I opened the door, I could see the yard, full of greenery, and a swimming pool. The price was very good and I was very satisfied.
