The hotel is not new, but everything is in order. Swimming pool, cleaning, breakfast, surf instructor, rental - everything you need. The only jamb: I requested a transfer from the airport through trip.com, because we arrived at midnight, they confirmed; before the flight I requested again, they confirmed; on the way I contacted on WhatsApp on the number listed on trip.com, they transferred to another number; on another number in WhatsApp they answered - contact us through Booking; I wrote that I booked through trip.com and I can not contact through Booking, zero emotions; no answer; we arrived, naturally no one meets us, the phone number listed for contact does not answer. In the end, I had to quickly change some money at the airport and take an expensive taxi. Well, so-so ...

Nice small hotel opposite the Kuta beach Hotel is cozy, small and quite, despite the road nearby. Staff is nice and friendly. Room is not so big but have all: big shower, tv, cups, conditioner Nearby you can find all, food, shops, bars, massage, very nice street for walking around. Shopping mall also near I like it, feeling like small home in Bali Thank you

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The people in the administration are good and helpfully. It's ubicated in front of the beach. Near the commercial area of Kuta. Have option to breakfast in the hotel and it good the price. Perfect to go solo or with friends or with couple.

Great experience for my first time in Bali. The location is perfect, the staff is very nice, and they serve good breakfast. The hotel is quiet and right on the beach of Kuta. There are many restaurants and bars around the area. Highly recommended for who wants to stay Bali at a reasonable price.

We stayed on the second level. Only 2 stories. In a Superior room. Free breakfast with booking. Directly across the road from Kuta Beach. Supermarket and laundry next door. Breakfast is amazing. The room ate cleaned every day. The new owner has extensively renovated the hotel since buying it 18 months ago. Highly recommend this hotel. So central to everything.

The room smelled vedy bad i had to leave the door open for a long time, the smell was still there. Room was dirty, dirty bedsheets, dirty bathroom. Aircon and Fridge are incredibly noisy, i couldn't sleep until i turned them off. I only stayed for one night but i wouldn't stay for more. The location is great but i wouldn't recommend it.

Huge disappointed, we arrived after 28h trip and they told us there is no place for us because they got overbooking. No information in advance, no apologies. They refunded only the stay but not the waste of time and money for transportation. We had to urgently find another place… they told us they constantly have this issue with Booking com., so it was not a first time…

No fue demasiado bien. Primero nos cobraron un 3% ppr pagar con tarjeta, después vimos que la piscina estaba cerrada por averia(adjunto foto). Era tarde para echarnos atrás. La habitación era un bungalow junto a la piscina de agua verde, habría estado bien si estuviera en funcionamiento. La cabaña tenía algunos problemas, como huecos y grietas en techo y paredes, por lo que el aire acondicionado no daba a basto ppr falta de aislamiento. Menos mal que no llovió. El lavabo del baño perdía agua por la tubería del desagüe y se encharcaba todo el suelo. El baño bajo el lavabo daba miestras de haberse mojado muchas veces, por lo que entiendo que no llevaba así un par de dias. Cuando llegamos ya estaba mojado. Si mejorase estos detalles parece un buen sitio, pero necesita un buen repaso.
