Fantastic stay! I traveled with three seniors, and the butler-style service was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. The surrounding area was great for walks, and the hotel activities were a lot of fun. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus. This is definitely a hotel I'd choose again! The suite was fully equipped, and the washer/dryer combo was brilliant and incredibly useful for an island trip. Communication in English was fluent, making the whole experience truly excellent. We had a wonderful few days!

Run if you see my review. This is the most historical disaster hotel experience I’ve ever had with my husband. I’ve booked for seven nights and left in first 8 hours from 1am-9am. The hotel charged me for 3 nights around 600 pounds that’s the price without the breakfast for 2. Check the video so you know what I’m talking about. 看见我的这篇评论的中国同胞赶紧跑，这个酒店是个坑，设施陈旧，家具一看就是地摊货设计，气味潮湿恶心，厨房老旧，酒店泳池肮脏，饮食都没有24小时客房服务。你花这钱不是来享受，我们定了7晚， 我和我老公呆了8小时就跑了。你们看我的视频就行，我真的很难接受这次的体验，难以置信！ 酒店还只给我退了4晚 我们定了7晚，就住了8小时，千万别定。人生中最失败的一笔。 Arrived at midnight 1am, checked in been told things we couldn’t half understand, once we got in the room, me and John wanted to leave immediately, all the furnitures are dated and old, the room has a very damp smell, we’ve booked the one bedroom flat, it’s nothing like what they showed on the pictures, you don’t have the pool view, the style of the furnitures of the room is terrible and ugly. They put a suspicious black bag filled with what unexplained stuff with a bunch of kitchen coffee maker and kettle in there. It’s quite scary cuz that bag looks like a body bag. If you say this is a 3 star hotel in first world countries I wouldn’t think it’s worth the money. Next morning after few awakening hours in the room, we couldn’t wait to go for the breakfast, the breakfast area looks ok, the food isn’t nice. Then we had a look around the pool, please have a look of that shocking pool. I think I will get all sorts of skin diseases if that water get on me. I’ve filmed the video of the facilities of the hotel, and old chipped furniture in the room and the dirty water in the pool.

everything meh other than pool, also have to call and ask for the basic vanity kits etc

Not my expected

Food options available near the hotel within 10-20 mins walk. Hotel room was clean and swimming pool was fun to play in. There’s also a Jacuzzi with warm water for a nice dip in the morning. Check-ins and Check-out was easy.

We had a grate time at this hotel.The service and staffs are amazing. I want to stay again!

Good facilities (Pool and restaurants) But Room smell a bit funny...

I stayed there because it was a Marriott, but it was a perfectly ordinary hotel. Given the low price, I suppose it's what you'd expect.

This hotel provided a very pleasant and excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. From check-in, they explained everything needed for the stay in detail. In particular, Ricky at the front desk promptly resolved my real-time inquiries via WhatsApp and even recommended and booked a massage shop, allowing me to have a wonderful time in the Nusa Dua area, which I was visiting for the first time. They gave me a warm send-off until I left in the car after check-out, so if I visit Bali again, I will definitely stay at the Marriott. Edi gave me a detailed and entertaining explanation of the room, its various facilities, and how to use them, making me look forward to my stay at the Marriott with excitement.
