The front desk staff were all very polite and incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out. The bedding in the room had a slight musty smell, and the shower design in the bathroom was a bit odd – you couldn't stand to shower without getting water all over the floor. Showering in the bathtub while seated felt a bit cramped.
However, it's very convenient for getting to the airport; a Grab ride took less than 15 minutes. It's a great place to stay the night before your return journey, and there are three convenience stores directly opposite and nearby the hotel.

We had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. Also, the room didn’t smell good. It seemed like it had been cleaned too quickly, and there was a strong soap smell left in the room. I was really disappointed about that.

We had to extend our stay by an extra night quite suddenly, and the staff kindly accommodated our request to stay in the same room, which was incredibly helpful😊. The hotel was very clean, and the towels were changed daily, so absolutely no complaints!

First time in Bali! I booked this hotel for my first night because it's close to the airport, and I was surprised by how cheap it was! It might not be the cleanest though~ But Bali was fun ^_^

Starting on the positives, I got my hair done in the hotel salon (Maria’s Salon) and she did such an amazing job. She was so nice, enjoyed her company and was very thorough with my hair. Honestly I don’t like my hair straight but they did it so well I loved it! The reception as well they were very very friendly. The location was very very convenient near the airport since we had an early flight the next day and the price? Absolutely worth it!
Next, the downside… the bathroom had a window next to the shower which shows the bedroom. There was blinds and it was a bit moldy which is a bit yuck but if you just leave it up it doesn’t really matter. It just threw me and my partner off. Also the pool, there was algae in the pool making the pool a bit murky. Would not recommend to put your head down.
Overall though, not too bad!
