酒店非常好，房間很大，帶陽台，設施完備，雖然老了一點的，但保護的非常好。自助早餐太棒了，晚餐印尼餐廳很好吃。環境優美，植被豐富，每天能看到小鳥和猴子🐒，服務非常熱情，退房的時候出了一點小問題，攜程和酒店及時快速的解決了問題，非常感謝攜程和酒店。期待下次光臨，再次享受美景，美食。

來峇裏島兩次，第一次來努沙杜瓦這邊～ 海水是真不錯！The ritz Carlton景色很漂亮！尤其是lobby的景色，很美！歡迎甜品很cute，孩子很喜歡！ritz kids真是一個不錯的地方！孩子託管細心負責，父母可以放心去做SPA等～ 孩子自己在裏面做手工、畫畫、和小朋友一起玩耍，很開心！kids pool 的slide孩子和超級喜歡！工作人員熱情且對小朋友很友好！

酒店的大堂是真的富麗堂皇，酒店望出去的景色，有點一覽眾山小的感覺。從你到的那一刻，就會有服務人員跟隨，辦理入住，你衹要提供護照，大堂裏坐着，歡迎飲料喝着就好，什麼排隊不存在的。我們到的時候，6點多了，所以，即刻入住。會有專人帶你去房間。然後把房間的所有設施給你介紹一遍。酒店去哪兒都有BUGGY提供（最後一張圖），當然，你也可以選擇步行。酒店每天都會有不同的活動安排，可以選擇付費參與。酒店附近沒有什麼餐食，酒店的餐食基本標準是人均CNY200+,所以，做好準備哈。

It’s a very beautiful and well-maintained hotel. You can tell that all the hotel staff smiled from their heart. Overall, it’s a very pleasant experience and I will choose this hotel again if I ever go to Bali again.
