We had an incredible stay at the Puri Wulandari resort! The resort is spread across a huge area with picturesque green landscape visible from each villa. We enjoyed clicking a lot of insta worthy pics from our private pool. Before our stay we were a bit worried about mosquitos or geckos around the bed, but we were glad to see that the bedroom-bathroom are was unwell enclosed and we had a good sleep! Our experience was further enhanced by the attentive staff who were ready to cater to our every need. You have not experienced five star hospitality until you have stayed at Puri wulandari!

Without any frills or emotions. Undoubted advantages: 1. Location. A wonderful view from the villa onto the forest, in which monkeys are scurrying. In good weather, they will probably wander in to check if you forgot anything tasty on the table. 2. The territory and villas. Everything is trimmed and tidied up and blooming. The architects and landscape designer did a great job. The villa is high-quality and solid. Not a hut, like everywhere in Asia. Disadvantages: 1. Disgusting breakfast. Over-oiled pastries. Mini coffee. Mini plate of fruit. For such a price per night, saving is ridiculous. 2. Restaurant and food, the same story. The price is inflated due to the lack of competition around, as a result, disgusting tom yam. I have never eaten worse tom yam in my life, the feeling that everything was cooked separately and mixed in your plate. Terrible pizza, burger. It felt like most of the food was catering. 3. They don't let other people's taxis into the area) What are you afraid of?)) Probably the guests. 4. They could do better cleaning. The toilets in the bathroom are red and there is a smell and stains from the toilet. It's disgusting to touch the lid. 5. Sleepy staff in the restaurant. Either they are afraid of the guests, or the opposite. In general, this hotel is a typical Asian story. The owner invested a lot of money and the concept and place are great, but the hotel needs management and staff training.

This hotel is 15 minutes away from the town center by taxi, grab 60,000 to 80,000 return; it was very cold at night in late July, so there was no need to turn on the air conditioner. The weather was very good during the day, but it occasionally rained late at night. The hotel is a villa with a swimming pool, suitable for two people, with good privacy; the ground is a bit slippery, so please be careful when checking in. The hotel is very primitive and is located deep in a farmland. During the stay, you can see monkeys, geckos, frogs, and swallows, but there are no mosquitoes; during the stay, I was unfortunately hit on the neck by a colorful caterpillar that fell from the thatched roof. I lifted a large piece of skin on my neck with my hand, which was red, swollen and itchy, and it didn't dissipate for several days.
