Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

My stay here was excellent, exceeding all expectations. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making both check-in and check-out quick and efficient with no long waits. The room itself was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room had good natural light and ventilation, with all the essential amenities. The bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was consistently good. The public areas were impeccably clean, and the overall environment was quiet and peaceful. The value for money is outstanding compared to other hotels in the same price range, and the service was thoughtful and attentive; you can really feel the effort the hotel puts in. It's perfect for both leisure and business travel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. It's good value for money and very close to the airport. However, the hotel doesn't offer airport shuttle service, which is a bit inconvenient, especially since proximity to the airport was my main reason for choosing it.

I wouldn't really recommend this hotel unless you have an early flight or a late arrival and just need a place to crash. The facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness is subpar; there's a musty smell. The cabinets in the room are discolored, the duvet cover was torn, and the bedsheet was too small for the bed, which was a bit awkward.

Better than Hilton Garden Inns back home in China. The location is super convenient, really close to the airport, but surprisingly quiet. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel facilities are great, especially the huge swimming pool. The restaurant is open all day, and the gym is genuinely spacious. The only minor downside is that the spa is no longer available.

My flight landed at midnight, and it was my first time in Bali. The hotel is only 700 meters in a straight line from the airport, but it doesn't seem walkable, so you'll need to take a taxi. A Grab starts at IDR 23,000, which is less than 10 RMB. There are a lot of touts outside the airport, so if you can't find the ride-hailing spot, I'd suggest just taking a regular taxi. The starting fare for a taxi seems to be around IDR 8,000, and then about IDR 7,000-something per kilometer, which isn't expensive. I'd recommend negotiating a price under IDR 100,000 (about 40 RMB). The hotel is a bit old; you can't compare it to chains like Hanting or Orange Hotel in China, but it's decent for the price. Breakfast was alright, and I grabbed two packets of local instant noodles which were really good! I'd recommend it for a short stay, but not for a vacation.
