The product is a wonderful family product and the price is excellent. It has many options for family accommodation, rooms, apartments and roof villas. The staff are friendly, the service is fast and the cleanliness is excellent.

Overall good location. Food at bfast was nice. Pool was a plus. Spacious room although a bit outdated. Lighting was on the dimmer side. Booked a 2 bedroom suite. Expecting 2 separate toilet for both rooms but was given a shared toilet with no lock option. So a bit hard if you booked this room type for more people as you have to time your toilet use properly esp of you have a full itenerary.

While I stayed at Furuma, they were renovating the pool area so this was not accessible. They did offer an alternative pool choice just down the road which was helpful. The staff are friendly and there to support, great location and a short walk from beach clubs and shops. Did head to the deck bar but sure if it was open or not.

service is horrible. They took our laundry, didn't give the receipt and on the next day they gave is a Cosmic price without signing the bill before, without informing the price. They just took the signature on the top of the list and then fill all the prices by themselves out of nowhere. Robbed! room was kinda okay. Not enough light. Pool is under construction and not working 👎

Disappointed 2 days in a row I could not get a pool towel which then I had to use my bath towel as they had none left. There wasn’t many people at the pool and they should be able to cater for everyone staying there. Ordered room service and it took 1hr for chicken satay sticks. I ended up cancelling as had to leave. Great location. Pool for kids is great.

Hotel is right beside the beach across a street. Great sunset view.

The rooms didn’t look like the photos and for the first 2 days the hot water wasn’t working until they moved me to a new room which was nicer, it was just missing a gym and it was quite noisy at times. Staff were helpful and nice tho

Nice location, very friendly staff, amazing rooms but lil bit old, need to renew. Delicious and various breakfast. Everything is near. In front of the beach hotel located ❤️

The hotel seriously in need of a revamp from the squeaking bed, old and dull furniture to chocking toilet bowl.🤦🏻♂️ Fortunately my 5 days was spent to sleep only as the rest of day time I’m out with activities. But what distraught me was the ridiculous two thousand rupiah each time needed to pay when passing that small road in order to reach the hotel.😤

Had the best stays, friendly. But for the swimming pool itself it way too deep for others. Should have at least a 1.2m - 1.3m pool that would be fun. But for the ammenities, easy access to other places around. Overrall its nice.

Right on the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are super friendly and helpful, Will come back next..

After shower, the water flows all over the bath room 😞
