When I took the fast boat to Lambnogan, I didn't know there is not harbor. Different boats land on different beaches. I took a taxi to this hotel which is near another beach. Hotel has a swimming pool which I use almost every day. Breakfast has three choices only. My room on second floor has good view. No in-house restaurant. Walk five minutes to the beach where I can find many restaurant, coffee shop and convenient store. But no light on the path to beach at night. Can rent motor bike from hotel.

The hotel is really close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk after getting off the boat. It saved us a taxi fare. It's a quiet place, a bit like a guesthouse, so the facilities aren't super luxurious. But the owner is very friendly, and we had a pleasant stay.

The service is the only good thing. The place is filthy everywhere, and the cleaning is terrible. There's a musty smell in the room. Cleaning service and changes of sheets and towels are not included, and this isn't mentioned anywhere. The pool has algae on the walls and floor (which makes it slippery and very unpleasant).
The dishes are extremely dirty. The glasses for brushing your teeth are disgusting.
The bathroom was truly filthy! It's a shame the place is in such a state of disrepair.

I loved this accommodation, everything was great, the cleanliness and service were amazing, the location is very good just a few meters from the beach (Mushroom Beach), it was very cozy to relax and enjoy the facilities, the reception staff were very friendly throughout, I will return next season!

The rooms are very basic, with average sanitation. My room didn't even have hot water. I couldn't get back to Bali due to issues with the ferry tickets Ctrip booked me, forcing me to stay an extra night. Ctrip was solely responsible for the sales, and they didn't care about anything else. The ferry company had already been informed of the Sanur port closure since the evening of August 5th. Even if I'd bought a ticket through Ctrip, they couldn't give me a ticket or board a boat. Ctrip, on the evening of the 5th, still sold me tickets for the 6th and 7th. I was so disappointed. When I contacted Ctrip customer service, they just put me on hold while they verified the information (I later found out there were other boats back to Bali from other ports). I missed my flight and subsequent trips, and I'm asking them to compensate me for the losses, but they keep reporting back and haven't responded! Their customer service is truly dedicated, calling twice a day with no response. It's so annoying!
