This hotel, part of the Marriott family, is conveniently located very close to Kuta Beach. There's also a large supermarket called 'Grand Lucky Supermarket' just a few hundred meters away, offering a wide variety of imported goods. The hotel itself is excellent and offers great value for money; you get such a good room for just a few hundred (rupiah/dollars).

The staff were very nice. They would make sure all your needs were met. Special thanks goes to Ulan, Lia and others who were working hard during the breakfast to make sure everything was fine. And of course Agur Merta who was our room attendant.

The room was spotless, and the buffet offered a huge variety of food. The reception staff were incredibly polite. I felt very comfortable throughout my entire stay. A special thanks to the front desk staff who even lent me a charger!

The room is quite spacious, and the hotel generally looks decent, but the facilities are a bit old and outdated. The air conditioning showed signs of mold. The location is just okay. The pool looked nice, but I didn't get a chance to swim in it.

I only stayed one night as a layover for an early flight the next day. The room's cleanliness was poor; I don't think the sheets were changed, and the pillows and duvet surprisingly had a greasy smell. Given my late arrival and only sleeping four or five hours before catching my flight, I just slept in my clothes. If you're just looking for a layover like I was, don't choose this place; there are many better options.

Fairfield by Marriot sunset Road is about 20 minutes by car from the airport.grab fee about 150000rupiah.check in very fast.The staffs are very polite,helpful and very friendly .thank you for upgrade our room to pool view,is amazing.Room is middle size but comfortable.Breakfast have lots of varieties either local or western,taste good.the services at restaurant thumb up,the staffs so polite and helpful.will stay again next time come to Bali.Highly recommend.

I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Sunset Road and have to give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars, as my experience was unfortunately marred by significant air conditioning issues. While the staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel’s modern design and pool area are lovely, the AC maintenance during my stay resulted in severe condensation problems in the room. The floor was constantly wet and slippery, and the room felt uncomfortably damp and humid throughout the night, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. It is a shame because the bed was comfortable and the location is convenient, but until they resolve the technical issues with the climate control and humidity, it falls short of the usual Marriott standard.
