This place was a total disappointment, not 5 star worthy at all. We stayed for a few nights because we had to attend a wedding here. The price we paid per night was enough for a nice private Villa. So I would not have stayed here if it wasn’t for attending a wedding. The quality of the room was atrocious. Words cannot describe how disappointed I was when I stepped into the room. The walls had cracks and the paint job was so bad that even I can do better. The chairs and couch were so dirty and old that you wouldn’t even pick it up for free if it was left on the road side. The tiles on the floor were also dirty and old, I would not step in there without shoes on. The smell was so bad that I didn’t even wanna stay in the room during the day, I only went back to the room at night time when I had to sleep. The mood of the room was so depressing. No soundproofing whatsoever. I would not come back here even if I was paid to. The only slightly good thing about it, is its proximity to the beach. It’s right by the beach, but the beach was filled with boats and you can only swim in a small cordoned off area.

Hotel breakfast is unexpectedly good! I would recommend Egg Benedict! The lobby looks a bit old but inside the garden, poolside and restaurant are still nice. Traffic jam is crazy in Bali, the location is a bit far from the tourist attraction. It’s better to spend all day chilling inside the resort rather than sightseeing :)

Overall review is nice hotel. My room was the ocean view one!

What can I say, the hotel and staff were disappointing.. upon arrival at the reception they asked for a good room, since we had booked for one night (and not the cheapest room, but a Signature one) and if we liked the hotel and the room, we would extend it for another vacation. The reception staff smiled very politely and said that they would provide a room in the middle of the hotel, since the rooms closer to the sea were occupied. We agreed, received the keys and went to check in. In fact, the room turned out to be the second to last one from the end, the view of the road, the sound and hum of cars kept me awake all night... I remember that night with horror and never want to end up in this hotel again. The bathroom smelled like sewage, the toilet was constantly leaking, and the sound of water did not stop. The next morning, exhausted and sleep-deprived, we had breakfast and quickly left the hotel. By the way, breakfast at the hotel is on the menu, not a buffet. You can choose either eggs or porridge, you cannot combine ((a plate of fruit, where everything is one slice, a croissant, a choice of juice and coffee. Very modest for 5 stars.. by the way, the sea there is no, the tide is terrible + dirty + too many boats around on the coast that still won’t let you swim, and there’s a construction site next to the hotel! I don’t recommend this hotel, there are a lot of minuses .. and, unfortunately, there were no pluses (
