Emails were all promptly replied. There’s plenty of local food within walking distance. Groceries made easy as well with several minimarts around the corner. Not to leave out on the awesome paddy field view just right from the balcony. However the road leading to the villa is so narrow that some cab refuse to go in or will ask us to walk out. Room floor is so dusty. The bellboy who showed us to our room literally just walk in with shoes on despite seeing us took off our shoes before entering the room. Towel hangers are all mouldy. Toilet bowl is heavily stained. Bathtub is very dirty with lots of black flakes falling off the surface. Shower head is spoilt and water spilling everywhere. There’s also a lot of insects in the room! Will never ever come back again.

Villa is stunning, the rooms are cozy, but bathroom was a little “tired”, anyway it was clean and nice. I really liked decorations, staff was super friendly and the breakfasts were amazing! ✅ The view is amazing, villa is surrounded by nature, it’s calm, quiet and super nice! ❌ vehicle access. It’s super hard to get to the place by car, especially bigger ones, that you can usually take in the airport. I’ve ordered car 4 times and 3/4 times we got stuck in the middle of the road. All in all, if you are renting a bike or taxi-bike that should be all right.

A Villa next to the paddy field, nice scenery especially in the early morning. Roads are narrow, just enough for a car to access the place, not encourage to drive in especially at night.

Overall, slightly above average. Not great but not bad. Would stay here again

Beautiful hotel and environment, nice stuff. Terrible sound isolation

Location was quite out the way, clean rooms but due to straw roof there was multiple lizards / bugs in and out the room

Comfortable room and bed, but a bit dusty. View is nice, and I like the location though it’s not for cars. A few negatives, the tea and coffee was empty, no drinking water was given and wall is thin as paper, I could hear the neighbors kids talking clearly.

Lovely hotel with an excellent view and gorgeous pool. Very clean and spacious. The location was slightly out of the way and inaccessible by car which made it difficult with luggage. Bikes can access the property but this is harder with bags. I’d recommend the hotel just be conscious of the location.
