The villa is too old. Although it has a swimming pool, there is no desire to use it. The air conditioner is very noisy, which greatly affects sleep. The service was so-so. We were asked to check out at 11 o'clock. Later, we were told on Ctrip that it was 12 o'clock, and then changed to say that we would check out between 11 and 12 o'clock. In short, the price/performance ratio is very low and I will not stay here again.

Lost its charm but still great service
This used to be one of the best properties (if not the best) in Bali. During Covid I think they suffered huge losses and then the property changed hands. Maintenance is fairly poor now and the villas have started to look tired. Staff and service is still excellent. Till a few years back I used to recommend this place to everyone in confidence but I don’t think I would stay here the next time I’m in Bali. This used to be an exclusive high end property but due to poor maintenance, it’s become like any other running property.

Lovely villa. Lot of space. It was very quiet. Outside bathroom is great. Ptivage Swiming pool is relaxing. Location is good as well.

Really lovely stay relaxing and quiet if the music was too loud next door we just had to message the WhatsApp number and they would sort it out. Basically would fix issues right away. Provided a tank of filtered water for the whole stay so you done need to purchase water we did have a little friend in the roof of our villa and we informed them but yeah
