We arrived late in the evening and were grateful that the reception upgraded our room from standard to deluxe due to a system glitch. Overall, our stay was enjoyable—the room was spacious enough for three people. The hotel is just a five-minute walk from Berawa Beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.

This is a good hotel, located on a quiet street with no heavy traffic. Pros: there's underground parking for scooters, a washing machine, and a kitchenette in the room. If you're staying in Canggu with family, it's an excellent option for value for money. The beach is very close by, perfect for a sunset stroll. There's also an infinity pool on the rooftop, which is a lovely spot to watch the sunset.

Aside from being a bit far from the main road in the city center, everything else was great. There are two beautiful swimming pools, several excellent spas nearby, and a convenient store. The staff were very polite, the facilities were clean, and the hotel breakfast had a fantastic selection.

I booked a room with two single beds, but upon arrival was given a king-sized bed. I requested to change rooms, however, I was told that the hotel was fully booked. Although I was upgraded to a larger room, it was an accessible room intended for wheelchair users, which was not what I had originally booked.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed everything. When checking in, they noted that one of us was celebrating a birthday and decorated the room, which was a lovely touch.
We also requested early check-in in advance, which they accommodated.
There's a small construction site nearby, but we didn't notice much noise from it.
