I stay here for a total of 9 nights. The location is central, but calm. The workers are very friendly and helpful. The hotel property is beautiful. Unfortunately inside the room there’s a lot of mold. The shower floor, curtains, towels, mini fridge. Upon request they cleaned the mini fridge and removed the moldy curtains. The bed is comfortable. There’s small windows that cannot be covered, so I ended up waking up at 5am every morning. The staff heard my complaint and covered these windows with paper and tape, which helped surprisingly well.

ANIMALS LIVING IN THE PILLOWS? ATTENTION SKIP THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. DIRTIEST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN IN BALI. It's more than 10 times I've been around Bali and Ubud. I've stayed in an expensive and budget hotel. People are friendly as always. I love them. I'm working in the hotel industry so I know we don't expect much when staying in a budget hotels. Particularly in Ubud and around these areas. There is a budget family hotel that is clean and there is one that is just a money machine. Warji house is the second. The host/owner was angry when I contacted her after 10PM because we found out that our pillow is full of molds. I told her we just came back from tours and activities. Most imperfections in a budget room are actually acceptable as we said, there are a lot of surprises on such. I know that. But this one is special after travelling to over 52 countries. CHECK THE PICTURE ATTACHED! The owner said I shouldn't contact her after 10PM and wait the next day. after a short discussion she replaced the pillow. In other rooms, we found the shampoo sachets that are still from other guests. The drain is clogged and full of hair. I need to call the 1 guy that does all your breakfast cooking and cleaning the rooms to fix it. HE DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH so it is an extra challenge to explain. friendly guy though. THE TOWELS PROVIDED SMELLS BAD. I KNOW IT IS NOT WASHED AND MAYBE USED FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST. The blanket provided in our 1 of 3 rooms are similar to airplane type blanket that is folded in the corner and seems like use for several weeks before washing. TOILET MIRRORS are full of dirt. Dirty linen from previous guest from the 3rd floor superior booked was still there when we checked-in the room. CHIPPED COFFEE CUPS IN THE ROOM. Be careful when drinking your hot drinks. I tried to be very nice to her the next mron8 and explained that we will not use our second night but will pay for the first night. THE OWNER REFUSE TO REFUND FOR THE 3 ROOMS I PAID IN ADVANCE. TRIP WASN'T HELPFUL AT ALL ON THIS MATTER. We moved to the next family villa 300 meters away from this one that is more clean and serves Instagrammable breakfast from their restaurant almost the same price I paid for this ****. To the owners, keep the money and use it for the schooling of your children. 🙂 YOU NEVER KNOW HOTEL BUSINESS IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE A CLEAN BED AND SHOWER FOR YOUR GUEST. IT'S A MAFIA NOT A BUSINESS. WHEN PEOPLE PAY, YOU GIVE IN RETURN A QUALITY SERVICE. BTW, Watching the staff cleaning one check-out room the next morning and he finished his cleaning and I did not see a dirty linen Stripped-out.🫣 😁🫣 RUN WHEN YOU SEE WARJI HOMES ON BOOKING SITE.
