The room isn't huge, but it's very well laid out and well-maintained. The courtyard is beautiful, and the night view is stunning. The food is also excellent, especially the breakfast, which is high quality. I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect except for the room and the ocean view. The ocean was really disappointing due to the ongoing road and dam construction, with large work boats cluttering the water. The room itself was small and old, so we didn't spend much time in it anyway. However, the service was excellent and very comfortable. The hotel's private beach was dirty and unkempt, and the sea during the rainy season wasn't pretty at all.

A stunning, secluded retreat far away from the chaos of south Bali. No shopping, no noise—just pure relaxation. The Kerry Hill design is magnificent, seamlessly blending with the coconut trees and the sea. My only activity was floating in the pool and clearing my mind. The staff are incredible; they remembered my name and made me feel completely at home. This is the definition of a true holiday.

1. Everyone here was genuinely kind and sincere. Everything during our stay was simply wonderful. 2. It’s a quiet, peaceful place where you can truly enjoy nature. So calm and filled with a sense of relaxation everywhere. 3. The variety of activities was impressive — you can really feel the thought and care put into creating enjoyable experiences for guests. If I were to recommend this place to someone, I would sincerely say it’s a wonderful destination worth visiting at least once. Thank you for everything.

As a huge fan of Kerry Hill, while Amankila might be out of my budget, Alila is definitely within reach. My first impression: a serene and secluded resort that exceeded all expectations. 1. Breakfast is à la carte, and for this price point, I wasn't disappointed. 2. The rooms are small but exquisite, with high-end pillows and bedding that feel luxurious and well-designed. 3. The common areas are arguably more beautiful than Amankila. Waking up here feels like being in a dream paradise. I wish I could live here every day after retirement. 4. This is a secluded resort, so if you prefer bustling city life, it might not be for you. It's perfect for couples.

I love everythings in this hotel. The concept is back to nature. So don't expect a gym. The hotel provides bicycles. There is yoga every Monday afternoon. There is taichi every Sunday morning. The place is very quiet. The room is big. The bed is comfortable. The food is good. But there is no buffet for breakfast, they provide ala carte. But you can order all the breakfast menu. They also have afternoon tea everyday from 3pm unti 5pm. My suggestion add more variants for the room service menu, especially the main course. Other than that everythings is good. Oh one more thing, all the staff very friendly and helpfull. They services very good. Thanks Alila.

Nice hotel and nice pool but I was expecting a very nice spa. Alila is well known for it and this one was a bit disappointing. The massage was good but the place not that great, a random hotel room instead of a nice dedicated spa.. out of that all good. Maybe a bit noisy, the insulation is not very great window could be renovated

Great place if you want to do absolutely nothing and be away from the centre of town. Great staff and clean rooms. Wifi is extremely slow and could do with an upgrade.

The service was excellent; the staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. There was a free shuttle bus to and from the surrounding beaches. The design was beautiful, but the hotel is somewhat old, and the natural design resulted in a lot of insects and geckos, so be prepared for that. The hotel's location is rather remote, with no shopping malls or attractions nearby, making it ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle, which suited my needs for this trip.
