Prama Sanur Beach Bali

Huge resort but staff friendly food fabulous from the 4 or 5 restaurants right on the beach, plenty of lounges around the pools and on the beachfront. Couldn’t fault it at all .

Do not see on the hotel's stars - they are a fake. First, i checked into a room that smelled like a smoking room, then i was given a room in another building. Both rooms were in poor condition: everything was old, everything was stained, moldy, the floor creaked, the cabinet doors creaked, and tiny ants crawled everywhere. In the second room, some animals were running around above the ceiling at night, very loudly, regularly waking me up. The outlet by the bed didn't work. The sink wouldn't drain at all, so i had to ask reception for help. During the rain, the roof over the balcony leaked, forming a puddle that wouldn't drain. People smoke and leave cigarette butts everywhere by the pool, and cleaning is poor. When they suddenly start mowing the grass behind you, bits of it fly all over you. The beach is dirty, used for walking dogs (there was a pile of feces just a step away from the outdoor shower by the pool). Against all this, the only good thing was the breakfast. Admission without those annoying room number controls. There is a wide variety of food, including Indonesian cuisine: Nasi Goreng, Mie goreng, pastries, fruit, juices, and much more. The only downside is that coffee is served only by a specially trained person, and you may be left without coffee.

I’ve been in various hotels in my life but this is one of the best hotels , it’s highly recommend. Great swimming pool and great breakfast. Location is also great.

The hotel is located right on the beach, but the area is quite deserted comparing to other areas in Bali. Good for calm, family holiday, but there is not much to do if you are a solo traveler. The rooms are quite outdated but clean.

Room are clean and of reasonable size. Love the outdoor swimming pools, especially children pool and slides. Will return.

Usually, I prefer to use the term “one of the worst or best” to avoid being so subjective and absolute. My recent stay at this "five-star" hotel, during an international research conference, was significantly disappointing due to several issues. Facility Condition The hotel appears old and lacks basic maintenance. I observed a leak in a hallway. In the room, the hairdryer didn't work, the bathroom power socket was dead, and all other power sockets were loose. The security lock was broken, and the fridge was excessively loud. Staff and Conference Organization Staff generally lacked pleasantness and smiles, suggesting a need for improved guest interaction training. During the conference, directional signs were unclear and remained up even after two days the event concluded, pointing to a lack of efficient management and clear responsibilities.
