Pramana Experience Properties in Bali

The Staff at Hava Ubud greeted us very well. We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is about 10 minutes Grab Ride away from the main *****. There are also lovely restaurants very close to the hotel - Brie restaurant is superb. The hotel room was nice, especially the lovely bath. We had a disappointing view from our room as it looked on to a garden not opened by the hotel. The swimming pool was nice and service of ordered drinks by the pool was swift. However, when sitting by the pool restaurant and bar staff do not come over to take any orders - you have to go up and place them. But they do bring them over to your sun lounger. Overall, it was a lovely hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night for Telaga river rafting and sidemen trek. Excellent location. Very quiet/peaceful. The room is very clean. Highly recommended. Nice land s The only comment is the bathroom water closet, and the bedside floating table were not fixed properly. We ordered the Pramana Experience Signature for dinner. The food is delicious, but the beef is tough. The best Dadar Dulung i've tasted!

Good view with hygienic environment. Minimal insects compared with other hotels or airbnb as it has good pests prevention regularly. It is definitely worth to spend money on the villa room with swimming pool inside. The road from room to space and restaurant quite steep and kinda far, luckily there is a shuttle bus service. But i think the staff of shuttle bus can offer the service actively rather than await customers to ask for the service. About the the staff quality, the reception staff Desak Ari provides a bad service which is not capable of being in this five star/ high rank hotel. When we get back our stored luggage, she put our luggage (4 bags) on the floor while we are just in front of her. The attitude is so unpleasant that make us highly doubted is it a high rank hotel services. For the sake of customers’ experience, please educate staff with proper services and attitude, I do admire your hotel environment a lot.

This place is peaceful, comfortable, and a wonderful escape close to nature – truly rejuvenating! A huge thank you especially to John from the hotel staff. In the early hours of the morning, when we urgently needed medication, he went above and beyond to help us with incredible care and attention to detail, and repeatedly refused to accept any tip! We're extremely grateful! Highly recommend this hotel!

A very good stay experience; all the staff were very attentive and responsible. The only downside was the poor condition of the road to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the scenery was beautiful.

A villas hotel, each family is a single house, a little bit of a small Maldives feeling. The first impression was really pleasant, because I didn't expect to live in a hotel in this environment on Penida Island. The hotel is close to the beach, but the sand is not very good and there are many gravel. The staff was very attentive and a lot of egg flowers were used in the hotel decoration. Due to the relatively biased location, it is basically to solve the meal in the hotel. It is recommended that people who come to live prepare more snacks and drinks in advance. Dinner is on a fine sand floor, the kind that sits down and the legs of the chair will sink. The day I arrived was Monday. There was a band performance in the evening. After the musicians were on the line of sight, they even played two Chinese songs. It was a pity that I didn't tip and felt respected. The breakfast buffet was relatively poor, and I felt that the chef was not at a level. Maybe there are better hotels on the island. It is true that the road also sees a good appearance. I will still recommend this hotel to people who are going to Penida Island. There is a lady and fat brother at the front desk who are very good and help solve the car problem. The fat brother will watch the guests leave. Another front desk lady answered the question, the landline phone at the front desk rang, she said sorry and answered the phone, but the phone was endless, and the time was too long to affect the guest experience. Another woman who looked like a manager took the initiative to ask if Need help, that's the main reason to thank her.

The location was tricky to find and some distance from Ubud town hence the shuttle service, which is necessary if you don’t have own transport. The upside is it’s peaceful. No external views of rice fields but tree views are nice as are the internal spaces. Bed very comfortable, food excellent and staff lovely. The complimentary massage hard to use - I booked a 1 hr massage & asked to add the 15 mins comp massage to that but it didn’t happen. My partner was not able to use his as no time slot available. There was a timing issue for our dinner delivery. Mine did take longer to cook but we had specifically asked for our dishes to come at same time so we would eat together as we’d had this precise issue elsewhere. They didn’t. My partner was being polite to wait for mine which meant his dinner was cold by the time mine arrived. May sound like a trivial issue but isn’t the point that a couple dining together literally means that?! Overall a pleasant stay.

This resort was absolutely gorgeous and luxurious! The Villa room was big and had a lovely pool. They offered a turndown service every night and brought incense for the outside pool area. There was also a coffee machine and TV in the room. The bath had a gorgeous view of the pool and came with bath salt and bubble bath. The restaurant and pool bar overlooks the gorge and river below. The food and drinks were excellent and they had a lot of options for breakfast too. They even offered us a lot of extra ammenities like village tours and free yoga/spa sessions. Perhaps the most outstanding of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We only stayed for 4 days and by the end of the second day, multiple staff who walked past us greeted us by name! I've never encountered this anywhere else. An absolute MUST when visiting Ubud, especially for couples looking for a relaxing retreat.

I’ve been to Bali many times, but this time I chose this place because I just wanted to relax. Some of the newer hotels are fancy, but often crowded, and the staff feel a bit rushed. But this hotel was completely different. The hospitality here was amazing — warm, genuine, and full of that friendly Balinese spirit. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was getting to experience something truly traditional. I wore a kebaya and visited the temple inside the hotel. You can’t do this at most other hotels. The staff helped me with everything — from dressing me to doing my hair. I really recommend staying in the villa. The spacious room, the view, the service, the food… everything became such a wonderful memory. And a huge thank you to Yudy, Yoga, Rini, Feburi, and Sri for being so kind to me!
