出差基本都用攜程，非常便捷，服務也很給力，遇到問題境外找客服能快速得到回覆，酒店條件不錯的，關鍵很方便，樓下就是大超市，下次出差還會選擇，滿足出差需求足夠了

Otel temizliği, odaların genişliği ve kullanım şekli iş seyahatinde oldukça faydalı olacak tüm özelliklere sahip. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Restaurant kısmı da oldukça güzeldi. Gerek kahvaltı gerekse sadece akşam yemekleri için bile tercih edilebilecek güzel bir ortam.

The rooms are clean and relatively eco-friendly. However many rooms overlook the main street and are noisy with the windows open. The a/c is ok but a little noisy at night when you are trying to sleep.
The restaurant menu is extensive. The staff were helpful especially for choosing a bottle of wine to accompany the meal we had chosen. However our order arrived cold (including the french fries) so we sent it back. My dish was microwaved and was back on the table within five minutes. My partner's dish had new chips but the chicken skewer was still cold. Even so, both dishes were tasty and we would have them again. Hopefully served hotter next time!
When we checked out the next morning we mentioned the problem with the food but the reception didn't react at all. As we have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions this was rather disappointing customer service. Overall it's still our favourite hotel when staying in Balıkesir.
