Novotel Balikpapan

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I barely ate the eggs this morning and felt nauseous all day. The room was filthy, the comforter was dirty, and I woke up with a moldy smell on me.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, my experience was quite pleasant. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean, tidy, and comfortable enough. Amenities like the air conditioning, TV, and hot water worked well. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to dining options and public transport. For breakfast, the menu selection was quite varied and tasted good, though it would be even better if there were more options. However, one minor drawback was the poor soundproofing in the room, as noise from outside could still be heard. Overall, this hotel is suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

This hotel is a bit old, but the quality is excellent. It's located right in the heart of Balikpapan, and everyone was friendly and helpful. My 6-day stay was quite comfortable. The bed was a comfy, King Koil king-size.

This hotel is super convenient. It was my first time here for a business trip, and the transportation was excellent and felt very safe. The hotel also has a swimming pool and dining services. Overall, a good experience, perfect for business travel.
