衞生條件不錯。儘管沒有大酒店的超複雜的人員管理系統，但老闆管理的井井有條。睡覺安靜。緊臨醫療機構，交通便利。導航定位精準。一個住慣了有空調房間的人可能不喜歡，但在我來的這個時間確實不需要空調，很涼爽，呵呵。不足之處，個人感覺房屋隔音可能是短板，但對於旅遊的人來説，我不在意。

設施太陳舊了，衞生間很簡陋，沒有吹風機，洗臉池沒有熱水，電視裝在側面，扭着脖子看，很難受，地毯太臟了，老闆人很熱情
