Quest Ballarat

The Hotel was in an excellent location, making it very easy to walk to the local shops etc. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy - all making for an enjoyable stay. There is plenty if off street parking, which came in handy. Highly recommended for a short stay in Ballarat.

The Quest in Ballarat is a great place to stay. Its nice and clean everything you need in the service apartment. The location was a 5min walk for us to get to our function that we were attending and it was great value for money. So if we are in Ballarat again I will be making reservations at the Quest.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and everyone was approachable and easy to talk to. The unlimited free coffee was a nice touch, and the room was clean and spacious with a kitchen included, which was great.

Love staying at Quest Ballarat. Staff are always super-friendly and accommodating, rooms clean and well fitted out, and quiet. Location is just a stones throw from the best eateries - being situated virtually in the middle of town but not on a busy thoroughfare. Rooms clean and modern. Will stay here again!

We were expecting to stay in the newer Quest Ballarat Station. So, my review should be read with this disappointment in mind. The room was basic, with kitchenette and adjoining bedroom (no TV) and separate bathroom. The bathroom was reminiscent of an aged care facility - probably useful for disabled persons. Odd placement of mirrors and vanity. The apartment could do with some colour, everything seemed to be porridge-coloured. Staff were pleasant and it is an easy walk into main town. Cobwebs need to be cleaned off the external signage - not a great welcome seeing that. I suggest that the Quest's acknowledgement email confirms the Dawson St location to avoid other guests having their expectations dashed.

This was such a perfect place for us to stay as it was close to the shops & there were lots of places to eat close by. It was also very conveniently located close to SJOG Hospital which suited our needs. The staff were very friendly & the room was nice & clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Ballarat.

The apartment was comfortable and roomy. Great location close to some quirky cafes and restaurants/hotels. The beds were very comfortable with hotel quality linen. Two bathrooms in the apartment was also very convenient something you do not see often

Manager Andrew couldn’t have been anymore helpful when my wife had a expected medical emergency, without any prompting Andrew organised so many things for us to continue our break after she was released from hospital.Would not hesitate to stay again.

Quiet comfortable rooms. Great location Only 2 doors from the Main Street of Ballarat - easy walk to shopping. Only drawback was part of the facility is split level so there were a couple of short flights of stories (only 2 or 3 steps) to navigate that could be difficult with prams or large suitcases etc.
