Had a great stay here, only had one night in between travelling but the service was great , super friendly. The room was clean and cozy. A TV with Netflix topped it all off :)

The room is clean. The four of us live in one house. The price/performance ratio is good and the transportation is convenient. The boss couple enthusiastically provided ingredients for frying the steak and helped clean up.

Our stay from 14th-17th April 26 at Avlon Gardens Motel Ballina was excellent. Very clean spacious room, beds & lounge very comfortable, kitchenette a great asset, (not many have this option) bathroom clean with a great shower, lots of hot water. They come in daily to change towels etc. & leave more tea/coffee/biscuits supplies, I would say it is the best motel I have stayed in. Thank you Avlon

We stayed here overnight when passing through recently. Reception very pleasant and easy to deal with the booking process over the phone. The rooms a tad dated , but in saying that, were roomy, comfortable , and well equipped for a good nights accommodation. Beds, pillows and bedding very comfortable, modern fixtures, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery provided in the room, good sized TV, Would definitely stay here again.

Easily the best, most comfortable, clean, spacious and well appointed motel I've ever stayed at!! Sensational value for money, close to shopping, the CBD and the waterfront, easy parking, beautiful grounds, super-friendly staff, simply AWESOME!!!

It's an old motel but well maintained, the room was super clean, staff were lovely and the combo of aircon and fan worked a treat. Didn't hear any noise from other visitors either. Would stay again.
