The pool was locked and couldn't access. The pin code supply to get in the room was wrong and need to call for a new one. Foxtel wasn't working, No coffee available \and look out on the street instead of the river what was the whole purpose to book this one.

Our 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor was clean, well maintained and had a nice big spa bath. Nespresso coffee machine with plenty of capsules provided. Some noise at night, as this is in the centre of Ballina.

Great locaton, great dinong options. Shower needs fixing and shutters need blockout blinds as well, as there is a street light just outside the wondow

We really enjoyed our time at Riverside Apparrments. While maybe not 5 star at first glance we quickly felt at home and were reluctant to leave. Will certainly be looking at booking in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable with lots of space to move around and a decent size balcony. Wifi and TV worked well with no issues and the bathroom was well equipped with good shower pressure and hot water. Location was perfect - right in front of the river, with shops and restaurants all around and free parking underground. It was nice to have the indoor pool available since the beaches were not suitable for swimming after the extreme deluge in the region. The staff were friendly and helpful and property was great value for money when we decided to fly up last minute. Only feedback is the TV in the room is quite small for where they have positioned it. Overall, would definitely stay again as it was a simple home away from home.
