Hotel has great facilities and looks great. Plenty of space and very clean. Unfortunately bar staff were slow, seemed inexperienced. Not overly motivated to help. We had a three course meal which was very slow service and dinner was cold. Room was nice, standard but very warm. Fan available but obviously very loud. Uncomfortable sleeping conditions. The hotel decor is lovely and feels very inviting and calming just let down by inexperienced staff and poor service overall.

Was looking forward to a relaxing bath but the taps didn't work, breakfast was good but service not so, was seated not told where to get coffee/tea or if it was ordered had to go look for someone to take my breakfast order after 20 mins.

Amazing vegan options at breakfast and for lunch. Great to not have to worry about food, as some hotels in Ireland are not as ‘with it’ when it comes to allergens and options! Staff are so lovely and always helpful. I’ve stayed here twice for business and it’s been a rue pleasure each time. Also really enjoyed the gym facilities and the water fountain on the floor my room was on, essential for the hot summers in Ireland!

Had a lovey night here on Friday 14th June. The room was fine with 2 singles and 1 double. Single beds were slight lumpy but still ok. Bathroom could do with an extractor fan for the steam but other than that it was clean and plenty of hot water. The room itself was clean and modern. Again the heat in the room was a bit too much .. Staff member Gavin really stood out for us! We left it extremely late to book a table for dinner but with a bit of chatting and laughter he sorted us out and all was well.. he was very accommodating and went out of his way. Excellent customer service skills which sadly you don’t see too often anymore. A massive credit to the hotel! He sincerely deserves recognition for the work he is doing. I work in recruitment myself and rarely can I find his level of customer service skills!! My only negative point was the hot breakfast that I ordered. It was extremely below par and I couldn’t eat it. I instead had breakfast from the continental table. Coffee machine was great which helped the situation. On check out on Saturday morning we were looked after a fab lady called Ann Marie I believe.. we had a lovely chat with her and as it turns out she is Gavin’s mammy! Perhaps he inherited his Customer Service skills from her as she was extremely polite, friendly and helpful… Realistically we would only return due to the level of care from the staff of this hotel. Thank you kindly for making our stay a memorable one.

Friendly and professional service from all staff we encountered. Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent food at Kelly's steakhouse. Great bar service, great breakfast service and options. Great wifi connection. Central location with attached parking included in the booking. The hotel has a really nice, light but professional atmosphere. Best Irish stay we've had in years.

Attended a wedding here recently. Staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. Food was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. We had a great time made better by the positive atmosphere and environment created by the team.
