Great option by the sea in Balneário Camboriú. Excellent location, numerous restaurants nearby, relatively close to the Big Wheel (it is possible and extremely pleasant to walk). Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Furniture a little dated, but functional. Adequate breakfast (nothing pompous, but fully adequate). The entire team was attentive, from the valet, check-in, cleaning team, everyone was always helpful and polite. I have valet parking (paid separately), but it is very helpful (since traffic in BC is very difficult). Some large cars/trucks were in front of the hotel. I was there in January/2024, the hotel was very busy (469 guests, according to reception) and everything worked very well, including elevators (there are three). We stayed on a high floor (12th floor) and the stay was very peaceful. Anyway, it became my first option when looking for a hotel in BC. I got a daily rate almost 50% lower on Trip.com than on other major booking apps.

This is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app. I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel. However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿 They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted. In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle! These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.

I didn't like to pay again when I arrived at the hotel, even when I presented the voucher and the debit document on the card, they said the trip had not passed the value for them. Fortunately, on Monday afterwards, unlike the hotel's finance service ”which I didn't want to know”, TRIP gave me the best service and returned the money paid directly to the hotel. I'd be on the street, because I came to the hotel at night.

Acredito que a direção do hotel deveria enviar um link com a pesquisa de satisfação já no check-in, ou o máximo no check-out, assim os hóspedes podem apontar o que eles não gostaram. Room with very bad acoustics. Comprei uma excursão para eu e minha mulher e esse era um dos hotéis que ficamos. Péssimo! -Armarios são aqueles antigos com cheirão de madeira velha, é totalmente inviável colocar roupas dentro. -Travesseiros são aqueles de retalho cortados de espuma e tem um cheirão de velho insuportável, pedi para trocar e os outros vieram do mesmo jeito. -Ar condicionado é aqueles quadrado. Que é maquina e condensadora juntos. Fica muito barulhento o quarto, mas gela bem! -Café da manhã tem apenas ovo e pão de queijo de coisas salgadas. O resto é tudo bolo e doce amanhecidos -Roupas amarrotadas? Vão continuar assim kkkk. o hotel não disponibiliza um ferro para passar roupas, e ainda tem a cara de pau de te responder que a única maneira e levar suas roupas para a lavanderia que cobra 6 reais por peça.

With vallet (vc liga and ask your car, speak seriously that is very chic hahahaha) all very well educated, the hotel restaurant is surreal tasteful (but it is expensive for a little food that comes), but it deserves 5 stars for being so tasteful. The breakfast is a attractive part, even a guy making pancake at the time has, talco, wanted one of these in my house kkkk can go without fear, the areas of coexistence are wonderful, the pool is a delicious! I recommend too '1000 stars
