Ótimo hotel, localização, limpeza, acessibilidade, quartos amplos e confortável, café da manhã saboroso maravilhoso várias opções, atendimento desde recepção, camareiras, restaurante cordiais e solicitos. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar. Precisei de quarto para cadeirante, logo após reservar liguei fui bem atemdida e ao fazer checkin tudo OK para atender o meu sobrinho em um quarto com acessibilidade. OBRIGADA.

Hotel com localização ótima, em frente à Av. Atlântica. Atendentes muito prestativos e gentis. Café da manhã excelente com muitas variedades.Nos dias em que ficamos, tivemos um pouco de dificuldade para achar mesas vazias para sentarmos. Quartos amplos, com vista para o mar (mesmo os do fundo), limpos mas no que ficamos (203) achamos o quarto com instalações meio antigas e a decoração e móveis bem simples. A ducha do banheiro tinha água quente e abundante, mas a ducha não era,das melhores. Vaso também com assento de plástico meio rachado e rangendo. A área de lazer com piscinas não frequentamos, então não sei avaliar. A nota 4 fica por conta dos quartos que não oferece uma experiência diferenciada, no restante seria nota 5.

Muito boa como sempre, hotel muito bem localizado. de frente pro mar.
Equipe com ótimo atendimento.
O único senão, é para as instalações do café da manhã, o hotel estava lotado e a sala do café não comporta tanta gente, então as pessoas ficavam se esbarrando. Chegar até a mesa com a xícara de café sem derramar no pires é tarefa praticamente impossível.
A qualidade em si do café é muito boa.

Hotel bonito e bem localizado porém, faltam algumas reformas, principalmente nos banheiros. A sala de café da manhã é pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes, mas bem servido. Foi uma hospedagem agradável.

Great option by the sea in Balneário Camboriú. Excellent location, numerous restaurants nearby, relatively close to the Big Wheel (it is possible and extremely pleasant to walk). Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Furniture a little dated, but functional. Adequate breakfast (nothing pompous, but fully adequate). The entire team was attentive, from the valet, check-in, cleaning team, everyone was always helpful and polite. I have valet parking (paid separately), but it is very helpful (since traffic in BC is very difficult). Some large cars/trucks were in front of the hotel. I was there in January/2024, the hotel was very busy (469 guests, according to reception) and everything worked very well, including elevators (there are three). We stayed on a high floor (12th floor) and the stay was very peaceful. Anyway, it became my first option when looking for a hotel in BC. I got a daily rate almost 50% lower on Trip.com than on other major booking apps.

Considerando a proposta do Hotel, incluindo os preços, é sem dúvida uma excelente opção para hospedagem em Balneário Camboriú. Pontos positivos: de frente para o mar, café da manhã excelente, elevadores (3 no total) rápidos e bem configurados, atendimento da equipe foi muito bom, estacionamento com valet, mesmo o quarto econômico dispõem de espaço amplo, aparenta ter sofrido reforma, equipamentos e mobília do quarto muito bons (TV, geladeira, mesa, armários, móveis no geral) e ainda com vista lateral do mar. Outro ponto positivo é o Café Cafecito CO que fica anexo ao hotel e é sem dúvida um exemplo do limite que um negócio pode chegar em relação ao topo da qualidade, com produtos de alta qualidade, ambiente pequeno mas super aconchegante e uma equipe muito entrosada... na torcida para que um dia abram uma loja aqui em Curitiba. Acho que o único ponto negativo fica por conta do banheiro, que é bem funcional e limpo mas a parte do banho ainda carece de uma reforma. No mais, com certeza é uma das minhas primeiras opções de hospedagem ao voltar para Camboriú.
