My visit was absolutely amazing!!! It would not have been the same without Omaira! She treated me and every guest at the hotel with love, respect and amazing service. I will never forget her and she made being in Baltimore for the first time such an amazing experience for me.

Pasamos un fin de semana excelente y sobre todo una magnífica noche. En este hotel las habitaciones súper cómodas y el hotel muy bien ubicado. La atención de los empleados excelente y sobre todo de la señora omaira fue espectacular muy servicial, educada y te hace sentir como en casa con sus atenciones. El desayuno divino, completo, el personal muy atento a que no te faltara nada en la mesa gracias a todo el personal del desayuno y a la señora omaira por tan esplendido servicio.

I enjoyed my stay everything was perfect even though I booked through a third party and they messed up my stay the front desk (Eric) fixed everything to accommodate me. Markelda got my IHG set up for me and seeing the friendly smiles of Amana and Nicole was just icing on the cake. I recommend this hotel to everyone who want great service and good breakfast.

Fui con Mi Familia este fin de semana y me encantó el personal muy amable reserve dos habitaciones y todo muy limpios y cómodos el desayuno super rico en la recepción Makeyla me atendió para hacer el check in y antes de irme me trato muy amablemente Omaira la Embajadora y lo mejor de todo es que ambos hablan español muy agradecidos

The Hotel was very nice to look at. It seems like they were in some type of transition. The room was very cold. We actually slept in our clothes. We asked for someone to come and see if the thermostat worked. They sent a person to check on it. They cut the temperature up but the room did not get any warmer. The parking lot seemed to be under construction. The workers were very nice. They did give us a discount because of the cold room in that they did not charge us for parking and we got free snacks. Covid may have impacted the place.

My sisters and I were in town for a Halloween party. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, everything was great. The host at the front desk was great. The rooms were amazing and the beds were really comfortable. Oh and Miss Omaira Gibens! She was fantastic. She made sure everything was great for us. Her pumpkin display in the lobby were so cute. She even gave me some cookies she baked!! We had a great stay and we'll be back New Year's Eve. Don't hesitate to stay here. You won't regret it!!

I had a great stay this past weekend as we were visiting for a basketball tournament! The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly! Tyrone at the front desk and Omaria the Brand Ambassador definitely made us feel welcomed and wanting to return!

I, and my friend, stayed at this hotel from December 24th thru the 25th; from the moment we checked in until checking our experiences were beyond expectations!!! Eric Jones at the front desk was an absolute professional and a great individual! Fatima, was an absolute delight!!! Our business requires us to return in January; this hotel will be our lodging for that trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience: Clean, great modern design, fresh bedding linens, bright restrooms, great view, and a superb staff!!!
