The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Washington Monument and the Peabody Library, and has a sense of history, but the air conditioner really rings through the entire floor. The front desk service loves to ignore it and feels bad.

The location and view are 5 stars. The hotel is small and has insufficient facilities but the decoration design is 4 stars. The service is in place and enthusiastic. However, the late-shift front desk may not have parking for them. It is a bit negative 3 stars.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s officially our favorite hotel in Baltimore. The kindest staff, the best coffee, wonderful amenities. Can’t say enough about Revival. Will definitely come back!

There was broken furniture in my room, the AC was very loud and my room totally lost power several times. They charged $49 for parking and I had to self park several times.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early with no problem. The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is a fun departure from the chain hotels.

Stayed for two nights at Hotel Revival. Stayed there for a wedding at the Peabody Library. Great stay. Corner room, beautiful views from two windows. Decor of the room and hotel were unique and trendy. Would stay there again and highly recommend.
