The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Washington Monument and the Peabody Library, and has a sense of history, but the air conditioner really rings through the entire floor. The front desk service loves to ignore it and feels bad.

The location and view are 5 stars. The hotel is small and has insufficient facilities but the decoration design is 4 stars. The service is in place and enthusiastic. However, the late-shift front desk may not have parking for them. It is a bit negative 3 stars.

What an exceptional hotel tucked in city center. I highly suggest booking a monument view for some of the best sunrises Ive seen from a hotel room window.
The entire staff is friendly and solution-oriented. I made a mistake with my booking but they guided me on how to redo it so I got the best package of benefits. The room was exquisite in cleanliness thanks to Selina and care to detail in decoration and functionality made it easy to fully relax.
The Dashery downstairs makes delicious smoothies in addition to coffees and breakfast eats and the staff there was kind to my morning brain.
If you have time, explore the karaoke rooms or jukebox, there is a playfulness here that doesnt feel overstimulating.
I honestly cant wait to come back; my one regret was not catching the roof bar before it closed on Thursday night so if anything, even if they start to get booked up I will come back to see the views from there too.
Well done to the whole Hotel Revival team, and if you are looking for a super solid hotel experience in Baltimore, be lucky enough to snag a room with a view.

Overall a great hotel but room cleanliness was not a given. Had to switch rooms since carpet had multiple things on it. Otherwise a great place and a great staff.

Hipster vibe in transitional neighborhood. Great design from lobby to rooms. Large room and clean, bleach smelling sheets, which I love. Not enough room in bathroom to put your kit bag, make up, and hair stuff. No other bathroom amenities except the locked-to-wall soap, shampoo and conditioner. No extra towel(s), just 2 bath towels, 2 face, 2 washcloth. No turn down service. Expensive valet only parking $49/day. Right on Monument Park downtown which was beautiful this time of year, but very dicey looking neighborhood just a few blocks away. Wouldn't feel comfortable walking back to hotel at night.

You are definitely getting whatever was promised. Great rooms (bed was comfortable. Best sleep I had in a while.) , Great aesthetics, front desk was accommodating and helpful. If you’re worried about safety, you’re definitely safe at this hotel. The entrance away from the front desk is card only. If you’re using the elevator, it was also card only unless visiting the restaurants. You can’t access the other room level floors but your own without the key. I liked my stay.

My girlfriend and i came for a concert. The employees at this hotel rock! Seriously they are awesome! Great neighborhood. We walked to the CFG arena and it was very chill. Would recommend this place.
