Booked here for a mini birthday getaway. When we first arrived we had to double park to take our luggage inside. As I waited in the car, to make sure no parking authority pull up and try to give me a ticket, my husband comes out pissed because he checked the room and it didn’t have no view. Literally looking at another building. He told me that he asked the Clerk if we can get another room, Johnson the Manager stated that he wasn’t able due to them being booked. Then hubby tells me a lady came out from the back and decided to add her two cents to the conversation and tell him “it is what it is”. So, I’m ready to meet homegirl but he told me let’s find a parking garage because they do not have parking. Found one around the corner and walked back from there. We asked for the gentlemen that my husband spoke to. Ms. Miserable say what man? My husband told her and she ignored him and walked away. I yelled “don’t be mad at life, Sis, you chose this job” as we walked toward the elevator. Husband didn’t want me to go further *side eye* Johnson heard the commotion and came up to the room, he apologized and said when we check out come see him. Husband said let us make the best of this and enjoy ourselves while we’re here. Got to the room: Pros: Clean Everything worked. Sockets, Lights, TV, etc. Cons: Small room: Not for my claustrophobic people Queen bed is really a Full If you get room 1120 be prepared to look at another side of a building. No view AC unit was loud No parking w/the hotel nor do they offer discounted parking. And Johnson wasn’t there when we checked out.
