Overall it was ok, after all the price was not cheap. But the service attitude was really bad, they spoke in a low voice, and they were unwilling to answer me when I asked again. The next day I asked the front desk to help me book a car to the airport. We were very pleased with our stay at Springhill suites. The Valet gentleman, Akeem(?), was very helpful, polite and professional. Darrien was fantastic, accommodating, polite and professional. Answered my many questions with great suggestions. Our rooms were special, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast, especially the eggs w/cheese.

It was my first time staying at Springhill and it was a great experience. The room is large with plenty of space. The refrigerator and microwave are very convenient for heating. The front desk service is great! Breakfast is also good, but the same every day. Will stay here next time!
