We were very pleased with our stay at Springhill suites. The Valet gentleman, Akeem(?), was very helpful, polite and professional. Darrien was fantastic, accommodating, polite and professional. Answered my many questions with great suggestions. Our rooms were special, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast, especially the eggs w/cheese.

Overall it was ok, after all the price was not cheap. But the service attitude was really bad, they spoke in a low voice, and they were unwilling to answer me when I asked again. The next day I asked the front desk to help me book a car to the airport. I booked it for 6:50 the night before, but when I went there at this time in the morning, the same front desk said that I didn't tell them just now, so I thought I didn't want it, and then I had to wait for 22 minutes again, and the price was twice as much as the taxi we took from the airport!

The location of the hotel is in the Inner Harbor. It is convenient to travel. There are supermarkets around. Although the room facilities are a bit old and hygienic, the lobby is relatively high and large. The breakfast is acceptable. Overall satisfaction with the stay, recommended!

It was my first time staying at Springhill and it was a great experience. The room is large with plenty of space. The refrigerator and microwave are very convenient for heating. The front desk service is great! Breakfast is also good, but the same every day. Will stay here next time!

The front desk receptionist did not give any information at check in, such as check out time, Wi-Fi login, or how to contact housekeeping for issues. Room was mostly clean but poorly lit and the internet on the TV was very slow and lagging. Price for valet parking is higher than listed online.

Very good hotel stay ex specially compared to our families hotel stays at competitors in the past . Exceptional service and cleanliness. The only negative I have found was the comfort of the pull out bed lol

The staff was very nice and the room was clean. The only downfall was all the noise from the street outside and we were on the 11th floor. This is in no way the Hotels fault, we did enjoy our stay!

The street noise is annoying in the room assigned to us on the 2nd floor .. The hotel itself is quiet, but there is no soundproofing from the outside noise...we have to get up and check out..since we cannot get any meaningful sleep, which is why we booked a hotel anyway.

HOTEL AND STAFF WERE ATTENTIVE AND THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. I ENJOYED MY STAY AND WOULD STAY AGAIN. THE PRICE WAS WELL WORTH ITAND ITS WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE HARBOR AND PLACES TO EAT. MANY PUBS CLOSE BY. DR.R. JOHNSON-PSY.D

My husband and I stayed for one night to attend a concert. Upon arrival, around 6:00 pm, the front desk agent welcomed me, but that was the only kindness or professionalism she extended. She answered questions I had about valet services and then didn't say much else. She very quickly rattled off some info about breakfast and the location of the elevator, but I had to ask her questions about wifi, check out time and any incidental holds. I walked away from the front desk, and while my husband was talking with valet I realized I needed to ask the front desk agent about a possible late checkout. There were no other guests at the front desk and the lobby was practically empty. I asked her about my options and while seated and without looking up from her computer screen she responded "call the front desk in the morning", in an annoyed tone. Our room was okay, it definitely is outdated, and very poorly lit even though there were several lamps. The shower made a high pitch squeal when turned on and barely had any hot water. There was no ice machine on our floor (7th floor) and the hallways had a very weird smell, similar to urine. The front desk agent in the morning was MUCH nicer and he was actually professional. The valet attendant that retrieved our car was awesome... she was very friendly and quick. Overall, the hotel provided what we needed... a place to sleep and located very close to the venue we were attending (CFG Bank Arena).
