This is basically a rat hole. My wife had to tether off her cell phone to access wifi in order to work. We were told a lot of people are on it this time of the day. That's a silly amswer for a hotel. The receptionists try to be nice but they are in a losing battle of issues they can't fix. This all leads down to bad and irresponsibility management.

La atención es pésima. Las mujeres de recepción nunca buscan ayudar al turista. Realizan cargos a tu tarjeta que nos son explicables. Lugar sucio muy antiguo y hasta peligroso en las habitaciones, cables de alta tensión con ninguna seguridad dentro de las habitaciones. Jamás llegues con tu familia ahí. No son capaces de ayudarte con las maletas cuando viajas con niños. El personal es déspota y siempre buscan afectarte económicamente. El peor hotel que hemos visitado en usa. Es lamentable

The room was so small and had no Hilton style. The employees were very friendly and polite but the property needs work. Yes the lobby was a grand entrance but than fell short of room size. The beds were big but not comfortable for me and the room needs a deep clean to freshen it up. Although, the view was very nice from the ninth floor. This would be the second Garden Inn location staying at and I’m disappointed. Oh and quick tip bit…. The indoor pool is not owned by them. It’s part of the gym that is a business and doesn’t open until 12:30 on the weekends.

The worst hotel experience ever, any where in the world. Horrible staff, rude, ill mannered, out right despicable. I left and will never return. I was verbally abused for up to 10 mins by 2 staff members. The abuse started with the Valet Parking staff who was insulting me for parking where another staff asked me to park earlier during check in. I was called all sort of names, most of the abuse took place at the front desk, where the staff refused to check me out when I decided not to stay at the hotel, she said she did not know how to do it and walked away. I had been up since 3am as my wife had surgery to remove a tumor in her brain at John Hopkins. All this took place close to midnight.
