The aquarium was walking distance as were various restaurants. The hotel seemed to have a linen issue at check in and a lot of rooms were not ready for check in for more than 3 hours. I was unable to check in until almost 6pm when check in was at 3pm. My room was not cleaned the next day and I was unable to get clean towels or a clean comforter due to my partner spilling coffee on ours. Also I had to ask for a hair dryer as one was not present in our room. Otherwise the area is perfect. I would stay again, but would call ahead to make sure there are no linen shortages.

I got to the hotel around 2;40 no clean rooms I was told I waited for a whole hour for my room. When I had somewhere to be at 4:00i got to
My room around 4:00 The front desk man was very helpful.But then I called for some towels the next morning.one never came .

Got to the hotel and all of the staff we interacted with were very nice. Became a little frustrated when our room wasn’t ready until almost an hour after check in time. The hotel could use some cosmetic updates(peeling wallpaper, stains on carpet, etc.) was also disappoin**ent to find that the pool closes at 3:30p.m.

This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Our room was not ready at check in. Took an extra hour and 45 minutes to get our room after check in time. The next morning the alarm clock in the room went off at 5:59 am waking us up when we were going to sleep in. An elevator was broke the next day, there was a 20 minute wait so we walked down 11 flights of steps with our bags only to then wait 45 minutes for the valet to bring our car to us so we could leave.

No parking. Had to pay an additional 80 to park for 2 days. The hotel advertised that they had a pool but did not. The pool that was available for users belonged to the gym that was in the same building.
