When I checked out, the front desk staff told me that Marriott members can get points, but I need to call the member center. As a result, I called the customer service to tell the third party that there must be no points. I stayed for 27 nights in total, but all the points were wasted.
I am amazed at how such a large group trains its employees.

A very pleasant, well cared-for property. Most of the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Good location within easy walk to the Convention Center and neighborhood restaurants. I’ll look here first when returning to Baltimore.

Valet servic was awesome. Eric and Justin were very helpful. Hotel staff was friendly also. Hotel located within walking distance to the city activities.

Justin and Eric were very easy to work with. I was on a very tight schedule and they made the departure and arrival to the hotel stress free. Both were very professional and customer service oriented; knowing client (Mr. Meadows) name was an added bonus.

The staff at the Marriott Residence Inn were very friendly and always there to answer all our questions. The valet parking crew was exceptional and showed genuine concern for my upcoming surgery. Justin , one of the valet crew was extremely encouraging and helpful. The free buffet breakfast was very good.
