When I checked out, the front desk staff told me that Marriott members can get points, but I need to call the member center. As a result, I called the customer service to tell the third party that there must be no points. I stayed for 27 nights in total, but all the points were wasted.

Stayed here for a few nights on the back of a conference in town. Wrapped it around a weekend to enjoy the city as well. Great hotel, centrally located and in a relatively safe area (just don't go north of the hotel). Major attractions are two blocks away along the harbor front as well as the conference/convention center, stadium, etc... Parking available in valet format. No street parking. Breakfast for all guests is great and the typical Residence Inn quality - coffee/water, milk, hard boiled eggs, yogurt (3 flavors), bagels/bread with toaster, waffle maker. Hot entrees included two types of sausage and scrambled eggs. Fruit was red apples and then a juice dispensing machine + water dispenser. Nice gym located on site as well.

My family and I just stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn for my daughter's graduation from Loyola Maryland. The ceremony was held at the CFG arena, a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I received exceptional service from Justin and the entire valet team. Justin spent time helping me to look for a lost item that I thought was in my car. Turns out someone else turned it in to the front desk, but Justin and his crew were helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The breakfast is good and the suites are big; front desk service was also uniformly attentive and pleasant. The location is fantastic.

The room, once it was available is nice. I pre-checked in on the Bonvoy app and the room was not ready at 5:30 pm when check-in was 4pm. Location is good and the room is cean and large.

This was nice and very close to the Inner Harbor as well as CFG Arena for the concert we were in Baltimore to see
