We've been going here for years and the quality keeps going down and we won't be back. The rooms are dirty and in desperate need of painting, repair. Furniture needs refinishing. Staff are super nice but it's hard to overlook the disrepair. Breakfast is a joke, stale donut holes, bagels, old unappetizing fruit. Even the hot water for tea tasted like coffee. Staff said hot water was otherwise not available? The prices keep going up and it's centrally located, but not worth it anymore. I accidentally spilled water on the floor of our room and when cleaning it the towel was black. They really need to do better.

The location is what initially drew me to this hotel as well as the good price. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I would return. The bathroom wasn't really clean when I arrived and I quickly found that the air conditioner in the room did not work. The staff was really friendly and it was great to be close to everything, but the stuffiness/heat and bathroom situation made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

Property is good location in heart of Fells Point and seemed safe. Near lots of shopping, restaurants etc.
Rooms however are old and tired. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was ok for cleanliness but could have been better. Room faced street over bar and has old wooden windows. Even with earplugs could hear drunken partiers in bars below until things shut-down at 2:00 AM

Didn’t even stay checked in, sheets were stained, had holes in them as well. Furniture was old, damaged and looked to be well worn. Loud noise and music playing through. Turned around and left didn’t feel safe

This is the second time I've stayed at the Admiral Fell. The location is great. The staff are wonderful. Would stay here again
