We were originally scheduled to come to Baltimore in March, but had to reschedule. We had booked the weekend through a third party website which didn’t follow through on changing the reservation, but still sent us a confirmation email. When we got to the Inn late Friday night, we discovered that we didn't have a reservation and it was a busy weekend. The Inn’s staff took the situation in stride. We were able to be re-booked at a comparable rate, and we were given an upgrade and a discounted parking rate for our trouble. Although we had to switch rooms on Saturday, the staff made sure to prioritize our new room’s cleaning so we didn’t miss any of our plans. In short: the staff was fantastic, professional, friendly and accommodating. They clearly care about their guests and they did an excellent job remedying the situation. Between the location, large and clean rooms and, above all, the excellent staff (especially William who stayed late on a Friday to help us fix what the third party broke), we will absolutely return to the Inn.
