Nice hotel; we had a large room with a harbor view which was nice. Quiet yet very convenient location. Front desk staff were very pleasant. Only complaint is that they could have provided a more detail initially on how parking lot worked and about breakfast (I wasn’t sure if included or not). But a wonderful nice place to stay out of the more crowded areas of the city.

We love this quaint hotel nestled on the water in the quiet space of Fells Point. EVERY one of the Inn keepers are lovely and extremely welcoming and kind. However, one Inn Keeper, Eric, is exceptional. It was heartwarming for us to find such a gentle spirited gentleman in the busy times we are now living. The Inn itself is lovely, however some small updating would be helpful but also, I’m sure, part of an unnecessary budget that can wait for better tunes.

We were originally scheduled to come to Baltimore in March, but had to reschedule. We had booked the weekend through a third party website which didn’t follow through on changing the reservation, but still sent us a confirmation email. When we got to the Inn late Friday night, we discovered that we didn't have a reservation and it was a busy weekend. The Inn’s staff took the situation in stride. We were able to be re-booked at a comparable rate, and we were given an upgrade and a discounted parking rate for our trouble. Although we had to switch rooms on Saturday, the staff made sure to prioritize our new room’s cleaning so we didn’t miss any of our plans. In short: the staff was fantastic, professional, friendly and accommodating. They clearly care about their guests and they did an excellent job remedying the situation. Between the location, large and clean rooms and, above all, the excellent staff (especially William who stayed late on a Friday to help us fix what the third party broke), we will absolutely return to the Inn.

Pleasant service, great location and character of building. Continental breakfast was nice and snack/cookies are available throughout the day. Parking at $30 is a little steep, but in safe secure space and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again.
