I’m a Baltimore local (living in Mount Vernon) and the Monaco is my go-to spot for when I have family or friends visiting. I also love a staycation there. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, rooms are always super clean, and the staff is helpful and accommodating. They have a great wine hour for guests and I enjoy the bar in the B&O restaurant (love the Branzino). It is an easy stroll to everywhere - Camden Yards, Inner Harbor, Mount Washington (the original!), etc. Highly recommend this gorgeous historic hotel!

Lovely restoration, fabulous stained glass windows. Restaurant was wonderful. Staff very accommodating. Only thing I missed was a chair or loveseat in the room.

The security guard was extremely helpful. Housekeeping took several hours to bring towels. I requested them at 8:30am and did not receive them until 1pm. Trash was not dump upon arrival

Loved everything about my stay ! Amazing experience , great atmosphere , and excellent customer service . Extremely clean and comfortable . & a big plus for the best water pressure ever . Can’t recommend this one enough ! Will be staying here again when in town .

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, spacious room and fantastic location. My only complaint was there was some mold on the grout right around the tub and shower curtain was slightly ripped around one of the holes by the rod.

Wine hour was the saving grace of the trip!!! What a treat to look forward to at the end of a long hard day. Kelsey, Tyler, Michelle and John were fantastic. Our group truly appreciated all their extra efforts to make our stay happy and comfortable.

The overall stay was good and I felt safe. The only issue I had was that my husband ended up getting food poisoning around 3 am and could not get anyone on the phone and no one was in the lobby so I could get some cleaning supplies. When I tried concierge phone line about the 4th time someone rude answered and said they don't have cleaning supplies. I was a little taken aback since it is a hotel. I did my best with what I had which was basically towels in the bathroom. I know for next time I go anywhere now is to bring some disinfecting wipes. I would stay here again though

The bed was creaky and old and uncomfortable. The carpet was wet in different spots.
