The overall stay was good and I felt safe. The only issue I had was that my husband ended up getting food poisoning around 3 am and could not get anyone on the phone and no one was in the lobby so I could get some cleaning supplies. When I tried concierge phone line about the 4th time someone rude answered and said they don't have cleaning supplies. I was a little taken aback since it is a hotel. I did my best with what I had which was basically towels in the bathroom. I know for next time I go anywhere now is to bring some disinfecting wipes. I would stay here again though

The bed was creaky and old and uncomfortable. The carpet was wet in different spots.

Loved the experience at Kimpton Monaco, Baltimore! All of the employees and service staff are warm and inviting! The rooms are spacious and well updated. The hotel is situated in an area with tons to do! The service is great! The wine hour socials are really fun! Love it!!

I was in town for business. I love the history of the hotel and it is very beautiful. The shower head should be replaced and the fridge in the room was too small to use for anything other than medication. The staff was very accommodating and the facility was clean. We really enjoyed the wine hour at night. Staff Kelsey, Tyler, John and Michelle made our happy hour a wonderful opportunity to network every evening.

Hotel was clean. Staff was adequate no issues with the room. They offered a wine hour and a close proximity to everything in the inner harbor area would recommend and stay here for business and I was very happy with my accommodations here compared to previous hotels in the area

Wonderful staff. I was here for business, but felt at home. Social hour is from 5 to 6 and they offer free wine (in was unlimited 🙂). The restaurant staff was exceptional. The manager was extremely thoughtful and kind. Also, ask yhe bar tender about the new drink, smoke pineapple.

The staff here has been exceptional! I've truly enjoyed speaking with everyone. When I return to Baltimore, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I want to give special recognition to Suki, Tyler, and Kelsey, who have been particularly incredible. Thank you for making my stay so fun!
