Our stay at Pendry Baltimore was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the level of service truly stands out. When we arrived, Philip at the front desk made a fantastic first impression. He was welcoming, professional, and incredibly personable. He took time to talk with us and gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. One of his best suggestions was a local comedy show we were honestly thinking about skipping—but thanks to his encouragement we went, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. His local knowledge and genuine enthusiasm really elevated our stay. Another standout experience was brunch at Rec Pier Chop House. Our waiter, Joshi, was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He offered thoughtful recommendations and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal without ever being intrusive. His professionalism and warm personality made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Between the outstanding service, beautiful property, and memorable dining experience, this was truly a fantastic stay. A big thank you to Philip, Joshi, and the entire team for making our visit so special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baltimore.

On a whim we decided to try the Pendry for our anniversary on our way to Annapolis . What a pleasant surprise. I knew the location would be perfect and the rooms, right on the water did not disappoint. But the well trained staff, from reception to a maintenance person we asked for directions was over the top! This staff placed at a Red Roof Inn would make your day. Of course this is a very plush, luxurious property, nothing resembling economy lodging. The dining is also quite nice. Anxious to return, but for two nights next visit.y

What a terrific stay - my wife & I have stayed in hundreds of hotels & have never experienced such a high level of personal service like that of The Pendry. I was recovering from a medical stay @ Johns Hopkins and the staff absolutely aided my recovery. They outfitted our suite with a fridge, microwave & recliner, which made our stay so much more comfortable. Thank you from your Canadian friends to the Staff @ The Pendry!!

I stayed at the Pendry for two nights for a conference being held at one of the upper floors of the hotel. I’m familiar with Baltimore and the location would have been ideal if I’d have been looking to get out of the hotel, with restaurants and bars nearby. I was given an interior (courtyard room) on the first floor. I had access to seating since the room was on the first floor, however, I could see privacy being an issue if I wanted to keep my curtains drawn. The hotel was really lovely overall, with beautiful decor, thoughtful design, and a spacious room.

We stayed for one night in the Pendry. The location is great at the waterfront in the heart of the charming Fells point in Baltimore, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The hotels design is stylish and sophisticated, the rooms clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the harbor. The bed is very comfortable and the room has a spacious walk-in shower. All amenities are of the highest quality. Coffee and tea are provided in the room. Service is outstanding, checkout time is noon, which is nice. Overall our stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Perfect 5/5 stay. We usually book a room at the competitor down the street, but Pendry Baltimore wins out with regard to customer service, aesthetics and atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, very quiet and comfortable. The common areas appear sumptuous without being over the top. We loved every minute there.
