Attention is only to the foreign guests, local guests have no value for the hotel staff, at the time of dinner all the staff was busy attending foreign guests, we got bread after 15 minutes after repeated requests to the waiters

Very pleasant stay, all of the staff were quite courteous. The rooms were clean. The breakfast spread was good as well. Overall a good experience.

Property is good but ***y clueless employees; there were few good ones also but were outweighed. Right at the entry of agra from the expressway; trident jaypee would be a better choice if the target is taj mahal! our fridge was broken but nobody cared to replace it - we would’ve not even realised it, if our food and meds didn’t go bad the next morning. Good breakfast spread though

Meru booking 27 and 28 krna tha but same day donno booking ho ***a tha so discuss kiya 0% bhi help nah i kiya bahoot bura experience huva. muje kush bhi discount nah i chahiye. Main e waha 5000 aur deke new booking krvaya jo aapela pura refund kr sakte hai so reply other wise it’s ok

Staff is not that much cooperative, ramada agra is overpriced as per their services and accomodations. No extra activities are there
