The atmosphere is very good. Good service staff give help Smiling and cheerful, I was impressed. The food at the resort was delicious and plentiful, worth it. During the time we went to the beach, the renovations were almost complete. If completed, it should be very beautiful. If I have a chance to come back and stay.

The attitude is terrible. We arrived on Friday, an excavator was working on the premises - it was very noisy, dust was flying. At the reception they ordered that he would not work on Saturday and Sunday. Deceived! Right after breakfast on Saturday, construction began again and continued on Sunday. Terrible place, terrible attitude. They didn't even apologize for their deception

🚫🚫 I don't recommend this hotel. 🚫🚫 If you don't want to come relax and get a headache. Please choose another hotel. The front staff are very bad, have no service mind, talk to customers like we are asking them to eat. Call reception and ask for more water. Reception asks if the housekeeper didn't leave it for you. So I told them that there were 3 people staying and they got 2 bottles (paying for an extra bed) so they agreed to give them to me. When he gave it to me, he handed it to me and shook his butt and turned around. Even though we thank him He didn't listen at all. Everything about the service is terrible, except for the golf driver.

The hotel has 4 star rate but personally l, I would give them 3. The place was clean and have lot of trees but pretty tiny. The staff was ok not as bad as you see in the review from Google. However, the place still lack of some professional manners especially for someone who are in hospitality industry. The breakfast was nice, kinda classic in someway but nice. The beach is nothing but just there but you can’t go in to the sea. The hotel is pet friendly.
