The water tap heating system is very bad or very old system. Is totally impossible to adjust optimum water temperature for bathing. Is either too hot or too cold.
Have made a complaint on my 2nd day stay but it seems to me nothing can be done unless they either overhaul or change the water heating system..

I would like to say this is the highlight of my trip to Bangkok! Really love the privacy of this place. Wish I could stay longer! Staff very nice and polite. Fast shuttle service to go anywhere. Even rental bike staff also good. I really enjoy my time there. Will definitely come again if I get the chance.

A large, spacious hotel, spending time with the hotel. People who like views and taking photos are suitable here, but if Asked about the comfort inside the hotel. Overall it's good. But if you want to go out and go anywhere? It's probably difficult for people to come and relax and like peace and quiet. There are 2 zones. I think staying 1 night is good, but if you compare it to a 5-star hotel, I think this place might be different. The room is not bright. What do I do? I feel like I'm not aware of the view and the view. I think it's so-so. I understand that the mountains can be seen far away. But I look at the jar as a tree blocking the impression of a 5-star hotel. If compared to a full 5-star recommendation. Gave 3. Minus the lights in the room and the mountain view, which didn't show any view at all. Looking around, there were only trees. (personal opinion)

Our loft was unexpectedly nice and clean on the inside, except for the side balcony that was full of bird poops. The colour of the room look abit old in the pic but in actual fact it is not and it give you a very homely feel. The king size bed at the 1st floor can sleep 3pax the 2nd floor come with 2 single bed. Toilet was very spacious with a nice bath tube. I was surprised to see insect repellents and hand sanitizer after they make the bed on the sec day. All 4 days breakfast buffet is about the same, not much changes. However thai Dinner at the same restaurant was good! We’ll go back again to Khao Yai.
