- Good service, great location and excellent pool.
- Run down facilities with poor maintenance and very hard beds.
- Bathrooms that have seen much better days!
- Toilets that don't flush!

The accommodation is not far from the road, there are several buildings and there is a hotel club with a show at the entrance.
The room is clean and has complete equipment.
The swimming pool is beautiful, clean, without any sediment or leaves.
The breakfast room is buffet style. Variety of food, delicious taste

Booked this hotel due to its location to the places we wanted to explore and we previously had a good experience with another Chatrium hotel. However, the service was not that great. There was an issue with the toilet bowl flushing even after an initial check by the staff. We had four pax but only two sets of towels, room slippers etc were given. Despite us calling the front desk about it, the delivery did not come. The restaurant only had a record of two pax purchase of breakfast, before I showed them my payment for four pax. Buffet spread was not fantastic so do not expect a lot.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by forest greenery. Great amenities, staff are friendly and efficient. Location is within walking distance of great restaurants and a short drive to the National Park. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Khao Yai.
